Our vision is to see Grace City Church become an epicenter of prayer for the city, the region and the earth – a birthing center for thousands! We want to make an eternal impact on the people of East Liverpool.
Pastors Jeff & Lisa Smith
Senior Pastors
Jeff and Lisa planted Grace City Church in 2013 and serve as senior pastors.
Their heartbeat is loving people and leading them to Jesus. They believe love should not just be something we talk about but love should be shown in our daily lives, in tangible and practical ways. They have a heart for all people and especially for the precious people of East Liverpool. They see no one as “second class” and emphasizes God’s love for everyone. One of Lisa’s favorite sayings is: “I’m God’s favorite….and so are you!”
Lisa has a unique gift of “connecting”. She helps bring connections in the Body of Christ – connecting people, anointings and resources. She believes ardently in the unity of the church and promotes unity at every opportunity.
Jeff has a heart for prayer – His favorite prayers are the Ephesians Prayers that he prays daily over his own family and his church congregation. ”I pray that the Father of glory, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, would impart to you the riches of the Spirit of wisdom and the Spirit of revelation to know him through your deepening intimacy with him.“ ”I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination, flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of his calling —that is, the wealth of God’s glorious inheritances that he finds in us, his holy ones! I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God’s power made available to you through faith. Jeff and Lisa credit everything to God’s great grace. By far their greatest treasures are each other, their children and grand-children. Their life’s mission is telling people how much Jesus loves them and demonstrating that love.
They love spending time with family, traveling and watching Hallmark movies together.
Brian Hall
Worship Leader
Brian Hall has been leading worship at Grace City Church since 2014. Brian has a heart for God and a true servant’s heart. Brian spent many years as youth pastor and has served in many capacities. Brian and his wife Bethany have 2 wonderful children. Brian enjoys spending time with his kids and playing video games.
